GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute
Individuals
who have attained their GRI are considered leaders in the real estate profession. Only
about 9% of all realtors have earned this designation. Only members of the National
Association Of Realtors® are eligible to use the term "Realtor" and only
Realtors® are eligible to earn the GRI designation. To be awarded the GRI designation, a
realtor must complete a comprehensive series of courses covering all facets of real estate
including valuation, law, finance, real estate investment, taxation, ethics, construction
and land use.
CRS - Certified Residential Specialist
The CRS designation
denotes an agent who specializes in residential real estate and has received accreditation
as such from the National Association Of Realtors. Only 3% of the members of the
National Association of Realtors have received this designation.
CRB - Certified Real Estate Brokerage
Manager
The
CRS designation is conferred by the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council and identifies
brokers who have taken an extensive array of courses oriented toward the enhancement of
brokerage management skills.
CREEA - Colorado Real Estate Educators
Association
Bev Everhart has been
on the faculties of both the Realtor Institute and Jones College of Real Estate in Denver,
instructing others and sharing her knowledge. Add ":Educator" to Bev's list of
credentials!
